LOCATION: Pitampura, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
EXPERIENCE: 10 YEARS & ABOVE

AGE: Above 35 years.
SALARY: 65k to 80k p.m.
Travelling is mandatory in pan India branches.
JOB DESCRIPTION:- The Human Resource Head will manage the execution of the overall HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department. Ensure that human resources programs and initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently.-
• Overall recruitment & onboarding process starting with the shortlisting of CV’s, screening until finalization. (Must be an expertise in recruitment for semi-urban/urban areas for sales team)
- Works closely with management and employees to provide guidance to improve work relationships with policies when necessary to build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Strong Leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically, develop long-term plans, and align HR initiatives with the organization’s overall business strategy
- Ensures the maintenance records of transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, joining till exit, discipline records, employee performance appraisal records.
- Employee orientation, induction & motivational trainings.
• Handling Payroll Management & HR related compliances. (EPF, ESIC, Income Tax, PT etc.)
• Process Travel re-imbursements of employees.
